The bill (Reg. No. 4823) suggests:
prohibiting works that increase noise in the period of mass breeding of animals, from April 1 until June 15;
prohibiting export, import and re-export of bottlenose dolphins;
prohibiting hunting using lead shots on wetlands of international significance;
specifying definitions of the flora objects, requirements for protection of natural complexes and objects of nature reserves, and sanctions for violating requirements of environmental legislation, etc.
